Not Coming to a Theater Near You

Variety may characterize some genres more adeptly than Horror, but Horror is indisputably the most perennial. In response to this trait (as well as our annual boost in traffic during the month) we introduce 31 Days of Horror. Throughout the month we will be updating the site daily, with another horror review added each evening at midnight. From a substantial list of suggestions we have selected 31 films that span some 80 years, a few dozen sub-genres, and range from low-budget debuts to popular Hollywood favorites. The scare chords, second deaths, and pools of blood beyond the suspected capacity of the human body are all promised.

Please refer to this page during the month, as we tally each review, subgenre, and year of release.
